Daniel Concepcion

CTO and CIO. Global banking and financial services platforms across Europe, the US and Latin America.

About

I am a global technology executive, CTO and CIO in banking and financial services, with 25+ years leading large-scale technology organisations.

Most of my career has been about taking technology organisations through change. I have launched banks in new markets, rebuilt operating models to materially reduce cost and improve resilience, and moved large engineering organisations from monolithic systems onto cloud-native platforms. I have done this across Madrid, Boston and Mexico City, with teams of up to 3,000 people.

02

The unit economics of cloud at scale

What resilient, cloud-native platforms really cost, and what they return, at tens of millions of customers.

03

Platform organisations under a moving regulatory perimeter

What technology organisations look like when the rules keep changing under them.
